Important information about MyTVH Payments service

As part of our work to provide better digital services for Thames Valley Housing residents, we are making some changes to your MyTVH Payments service.

On 8th August 2017, the payment service currently provided by Barclaycard, will be migrated over to a new service provided by Stripe.

What does this mean for you?

Any cards you have previously saved will no longer be available to use when you make a payment through MyTVH. You will need to enter the card details again; there will be the option to save them, just as before.

As your cards will no longer be available we will be unable to process any MyTVH payments that you have scheduled to be taken after 8th August 2017. On that date we will let you know which scheduled payments will be cancelled and how you can easily recreate them.

Direct debits are not affected and will continue to work as normal.
