A. Each vacancy will have a Job Description attached to it, if you are unable to see this then you can request for one to be emailed to you.

Q. Will I receive confirmation once I have submitted my application online?
A. Yes, once we receive your application an automated email will be sent to you confirming receipt.

Q. How long will I wait to find out if I have been un/successful for an interview?
A. After the closing date and depending on the number of applications received it could take up to 3 working days before you are notified.
We will phone short listed candidates. Unsuccessful candidates will receive email notification. If an email address has not been provided we will write to you.

Q. What will I need with me on my interview day?
A. A letter will be sent to you confirming your interview/assessment details as well as what you will be asked to bring with you.

Q. Will I need to do the assessments?
A. Yes, every candidate for each role is required to do some type of ability testing. This could be personality questionnaires, letter writing, IT or interpreting data.
You will be notified in advance as to what the tests involve. Depending on the testing you will be asked to do, we may send you some practice sheets.

Q. Will the interview take place on the same day as the assessment or different days?
A. Interviews and assessments usually take place the same day. Typically the whole process will last 2-2.5 hrs.

Q. Who will I be interviewed by?
A. The interview panel consists of 2 managers of one which is your prospective Line Manager.

Q. How should I prepare for the interview?
A. You will be asked questions related to your skills and knowledge, so it would be a good idea to refer to the Job Description where it will be indicated in the Person Specification.

Q. How long does it take before the panel reaches a decision after the interview stage?
A. It can take up to a week before a decision is made as we want to make sure we get the best person.
