Chartered Institute of Housing Certifcate in Housing Level 3

This qualification is for those already working in the housing sector. Housing volunteers or residents involved in your organisation can also undertake this qualifcation.
The aim of this qualification is provide the learner with a more in-depth knowledge of the housing sector.
Venue: Thames Valley Housing Training Centre
Date: May 2010 (TBC)
Price: £1,203.53 (excluding VAT)
Time: 9.30am to 4.30pm
Duration: 1 day per month over 12 months
This qualification is continually assessed through submission of assignments and assessment, observation, discussions and presentations.
