Would you like resident to be actively involved in the way services are delivered to them?

If so, the Resident Auditor Module, a 1 day course delivered by the TVH Resident Employment and Training Centre, will provide your residents with the skills and knowledge they need to effectively audit your services.

This course been developed via a rigorous consultation and piloting process with our residents, and TVHs consistent track record in improving its services is testimony to the importance placed on resident self-regulation by its own Resident Auditors group.

Course details

The aim of the course is to provide residents with the practical skills to conduct an audit fo services from start to finish.

It includes:

  • Different approaches to auditing
  • Skills and role of an auditor
  • Role of the Audit Commission
  • How Key Lines of Enquiry (KLOEs) and benchmarking help to set standards and targets
  • Step by step guide to carrying out an audit

Time: 10:00 - 16:30

Duration: 1 day

Venue: We will deliver this module for up to 14 of your residents at your premises or ours (TVH Resident Training Centre, Twickenham  Location and map)

Cost: £882.00 per day

We strongly recommend residents also attend the Housing Practice Module which provides basic knowledge about the policies and practices of Housing organisations. 

It also provides an in-depth understanding of resident self-regulation.
