Housing Practice Module

The Housing Practice module is one of a range of courses the TVH Training Centre has developed to ensure its residents have the skills and knowledge to effectively undertake self-regulation.

The Housing Practice module provides residents with enhanced insight into the policies and practices of housing organisations.  It also provides an in-depth understanding of the role and importance of self-regulation. 

The module looks at:

  • Setting repairs standards
  • Anti-social behaviour - respect standards
  • Key Lines of Enquiry (KLOE's)
  • Involving residents and setting standards to monitor complaints

Time: 10am - 4.30pm

Duration: 1 day
