The Housing Practice module is one of a range of courses the TVH Training Centre has developed to ensure its residents have the skills and knowledge to effectively undertake self-regulation.
The Housing Practice module provides residents with enhanced insight into the policies and practices of housing organisations. It also provides an in-depth understanding of the role and importance of self-regulation.
The module looks at:
- Setting repairs standards
- Anti-social behaviour - respect standards
- Key Lines of Enquiry (KLOE's)
- Involving residents and setting standards to monitor complaints
