During August, we experienced a severe technical failure, resulting in the loss of all external appointments made between the 5th and 17th of August.
If, during this time, you received a letter making an appointment for a member or staff to visit you, or you arranged for someone to visit you at your home, this information is likely to have been lost, which means the appointment may not take place.
