New cleaning and grounds services providers appointed.

Cleanscapes Limited will deliver all the cleaning services.   Just Ask Services Limited will deliver all the Grounds maintenance services.

The final choice for these contracts was made by the Procurement Steering Group which was made up of residents and staff.  It was tasked with establishing what services residents wanted and to lead the procurement process.

During the process, both Cleanscapes Limited and Just Ask Services Limited  impressed the Steering Group with their professionalism, initiative and clear understanding of what residents wanted.
