We are committed to giving our customers a fantastic online service. We want to improve the current online services we provide you and we'd like your help. Could you spare a short time in your home to tell us what online services you'd like to see?
FutureGov, a consultancy partnership who specialise in working with users to get the right services, are working with us to ensure we provide you with a responsive new service.
Who can take part?
Any resident who has registered to use 'My TVH' so they can view their rent account and report repairs.
(Haven't registered? All you need is an email address and a memorable password. Click here and go to the top right of the page, then click on the word 'Register'. Once you've registered you can use the services immediately.)
What will I have to do?
The interviews will take place in your home. We will contact you to make a suitable appointment.
How long will they be there?
The interview will last about an hour.
What will I be asked about?
We'd like to find out what you think of 'My TVH', what other online services you'd like and other websites you like to use.
What else will happen?
FutureGov would like to video the conversation they have with you. It will only be shown to TVH staff at the TVH office. It is to help staff better understand your customer experience. It will not be placed online or shared publicly.
When does this start?
FutureGov would like to start interviews from the week commencing 16th April 2012.
What day and time?
It would be helpful if the meetings could take place during normal business hours. However, if this is simply not possible and you are keen to take part, we can arrange something for either evenings or the weekend.
I'd like to take part. What do I do?
If you haven't registered to use 'My TVH', don't forget to register here...
