Bracknell Forest Homes announces today (September 23) it has chosen Thames Valley Housing to help kick start its development of new affordable homes.
Bracknell Forest Homes chose to partner with Thames Valley Housing after a thorough selection process. Thames Valley Housing will provide a range of technical and development services to support Bracknell Forest Homes to start boosting its development of new affordable homes in Bracknell Forest.
Caroline Titley, Bracknell Forest Homes’ Chief Executive, said: “We are delighted to have appointed Thames Valley Housing to support us in our aim to deliver more homes for local people in Bracknell Forest.”

Thames Valley Housing has a strong development track record, which will help Bracknell Forest Homes deliver its plans to build new homes.
Bracknell Forest Homes took on the ownership and management of housing in Bracknell in February 2008 and carried out a review of land and potential opportunities in late 2008.

Bracknell Forest Homes is based in Berkshire. It owns and manages 5,600 tenanted properties and 1,100 leasehold properties after a housing stock transfer from the local council in February 2008.
