This is a new resident group which considers all aspects of repairs and maintenance.
This includes day to day repairs, cyclical redecorations and planned maintenance, estate and block cleaning and gardening, gas servicing etc.
While the main group will meet every quarter, you may wish to join a smaller 'sub-group' as well. These smaller groups will look at one specific aspects of the group's remit, such as gas servicing or cyclical redecorations, in order to consider it in depth.
The groups findings will instigate improvements in these services and contribute significantly to over all policy and practices in these areas.
How often
The main group meets quarterly. Usually in the evening.
