Resident Auditors
The Resident Auditors Group is part of Resident Led Self-Regulation (RLSR); an approach to the provision of services which places residents at the centre of their delivery. The aim of RLSR is to audit, to assess, to report and to ensure delivery of the best possible service to residents.
As a member of the Resident Auditors Group, you will help produce reports which make recommendations for change and improvements. These will go to senior management and the Board.
The TVH Resident Auditors Group is a serious commitment for those involved and we recognise this by providing a £20 voucher for attendance at each meeting. However, you will need to have the time to attend meetings, and interview staff and residents. We will also provide you with training.
