Testing our services

These are groups of TVH residents who have volunteered to monitor the services we provide.

Estate Inspectors

Estate Inspectors check the quality of the cleaning and gardening on their estates. We thank you by providing you with Love2Shop vouchers every quarter.

We provide training including your lunch at our offices in Twickenham, and we reimburse your travel expenses.

Estate Inspectors:

  • Check the quality of the cleaning and gardening on their estate, every two weeks
  • Fill in a form marking what has been done and the quality of the work
  • Post the form back to us using a Freepost envelope

We provide you with the forms and the Freepost envelopes.

How often?

Every two weeks.

Where?

Your estate.

Travel expenses reimbursed?

Yes (for the training).

Mystery Shopping

Mystery Shoppers test the level of customer services we provide.

We keep a list of residents who wish to take part in this.

We will give you the scenario for an enquiry by:

  • Phone
  • Email
  • Letter, or
  • In person

You will then provide feed back on the level of service you received.

You receive Love2Shop vouchers to thank you for taking part.

How often?

Once or twice a year.

Where?

Depends on the scenario – you may have to come to our offices in Twickenham.

Travel expenses reimbursed?

Yes, where applicable.
