Michele has managed the Training Centre at TVH for six years, ensuring the development and implementation of quality assurance processes. She is also responsible for developing the Residents Training and Employment Centre.
Michele has sixteen years of experience working in the housing sector, twelve of them working in training. She is a corporate member of the Chartered Institute of Housing.

Lead Internal Verifier
Mary is responsible for the quality assurance of the qualifications and the professional development of the Assessors and Verifiers who work with TVH. She also advises on national standards, and is currently working with the Sector Skills Council.
Mary has nine years of experience working in training.

Lorna Carter-Blake Cert CIH
Assessor/Internal Verifier
Lorna teaches, assesses and internally verifies a range of qualifications delivered by the centre. She is qualified in housing, criminal justice, community mental health and customer service.
Lorna has eleven years experience working in the housing sector, six of them working within training. She is a practitioner member of the Chartered Institute of Housing.

Emildah Chabata
Community Training and Employment Manager
Emildah manages the residents Training and Employment Centre and her role involves working with TVH residents, supporting them into training, volunteering and employment. She also delivers resident training to both TVH residents and residents of other housing providers.
Emildah has worked in the housing sector for seven years.

Lilly Brennan
Administrator
Lilly is responsible for coordinating the facilitation and administration of all professional training for TVH employees, residents and staff from external organisations. She also works with the Training Officer to organise corporate training for TVH employees.
Lilly joined the training centre in July 2010 as the Administrator.
