Qualifications

As a TVH resident we can offer you free qualifications. Please note that some courses have entry requirements.

Literacy

Our Literacy classes cater for learners at different levels, whether you want to start to develop your reading, writing and learn basic English grammar, or you are looking to refresh skills.

Our tutors work closely with the students to build up their confidence and and to position them to achieve a nationally recognised qualification if they wish to do so

Numeracy

Our Numeracy classes are offered to learners at different levels.

We cater for learners who want to start to develop their maths skills and those who have not used maths in a long time and would like to get to grips with the basics to build up their confidence.

We also deliver training to learners who already know the basics and want to refresh their maths in preparation for work or to deal with everyday situations.

Basic IT

Basic IT- this is for learners new to computers. This course covers

  • How your computer works
