Our reputation is built upon successful partnerships

Our partners include local authorities, fellow housing associations, NHS Trusts, builders, consultants, funders and other community and statutory organisations including the Housing Corporation. We have preferred partner status with a number of local authorities.

TVH was one of the first housing associations in the country to achieve Construction Clients' Charter Status. This award, from the Confederation of Construction Clients, recognises commitment to improving performance standards in construction, by embracing partnership working.

We are committed to innovation, and have successfully diversified into market rent and key worker accommodation. Working together with our partners, we engage on a very wide range of projects. Examples include town centre regeneration, redevelopment of NHS accommodation, environmental projects, local labour initiatives and other community improvement schemes.
