Thames Valley Housing appoints new Head of Property & Asset Management - 16/12/02
Thames Valley Housing has appointed Richard Hazard as Head of Property and Asset Management. In his new role, Richard will head up both responsive repairs and reinvestment/planned maintenance. The post is a new one which aims to achieve improved service and efficiency levels by bringing all maintenance into one team.
Richard joins from Ridgehill Housing Association where he was Community Building Service Manager. He started his career as a tradesman and has worked in a variety of roles including Surveying, Contract Management and Building Management.
Richard is a school Governor and a keen football player.
