Largest Allocation Ever for Thames Valley Housing - 18/03/03
Thames Valley Housing has received its largest allocation ever from the Housing Corporation - £35m.
The total includes the £23.7m Challenge Fund allocation. Thames Valley Housing will be using the grant to build over 600 homes for rent and shared ownership properties across London and the South East. The allocation has been achieved through a number of strategic partnerships with developers and joint commissioned partners in the region.
Yvonne Edgar, Development Director, said, We are delighted to be providing even more affordable homes through our development programme. We believe our success demonstrates how well we have responded to new agendas of continuous improvement in procurement and in construction.
