New Home Ownership Manager - 02/07/03
Thames Valley Housing has appointed Howard Dawson as Home Ownership Manager
Howard joins from the Horizon Housing Group where he was Head of Leasehold Services. Prior to this he was the Leasehold Manager at Hounslow Council. He has also worked for other Local Authorities responsible for both leasehold and general housing matters. He will be managing both the Home Ownership Marketing & Leasehold Management functions.
The new post has been created to reflect a growing portfolio of low-cost home ownership schemes, including a substantial new build programme and successful Homebuy and Starter Homes Initiative schemes.
