Thames Valley Housing retains Charter Mark - 22/12/04
Following an assessment in November, Thames Valley Housing is delighted to have retained Charter Mark status for the whole service.
TVH was first awarded this, the national badge of excellence in public services, in October 2001. The award is held for three years and to retain it TVH had to pass a rigorous two day assessment, combining staff interviews, estate visits and service observation. Since TVH first gained the award in 2001, the standard has expanded to cover more areas, now including a section on contribution to the community.
