Thames Valley Housing celebrates Best Companies success - 02/03/06
Thames Valley Housing (TVH) is delighted to be named one of the 100 Best Small Companies to Work For in the annual Sunday Times list. Staff were joined by David Orr, Chief Executive of the National Housing Federation, at the awards ceremony in Battersea Park, to celebrate TVH’s success.
TVH’s strong values, and positive leadership from Chief Executive Keith Holloway, scored highly in the employee surveys that form the basis of the list. He said, “Recruiting and retaining high quality staff is an essential part of delivering exceptional service to our customers. Over 250 companies entered the competition, and our placement in the top 100 demonstrates that our staff are fully committed to service delivery; housing is one of the most rewarding sectors to work in.”
