Repairs and enquires about your tenancy, lease or estate and building maintenance:

Contact our Customer Service Centre on Freephone 0800 358 7767. The Customer Service Centre is staffed between the hours of 8.00 am and 6.00 pm, Monday to Friday. If you require an emergency repair outside these hours you will be automatically connected to our emergency repairs service via the same number.

Remember you can also report a repair and view your rent account on line. You will need to register with TVH first.
