How can I check my account balance?

If you’re registered for online customer services , you can view your account information at any time online.

Alternatively, home owners and tenants can call our Revenues Team on 0300 456 2929 (option 2), and key workers can call their accommodation officer.

Can I get a copy of my account statement?

If you’re registered for online customer services , you can view your account including transactions going back six months.

How do I make a payment?

Does my rent include bills and council tax?(Key Workers only)

For nearly all our key workers, your rent includes all utility bills but not council tax which is your responsibility.

For key workers living in our accommodation at Hillingdon, Stoke Mandeville and St. Georges Hospitals, council tax is included in the rent.

How do I get my deposit back?(Key Workers only)

All deposits are lodged with the Deposit Protection Service if your move-in date was after April 2007. Once your tenancy has been terminated, you can contact them directly through their website  for the return of funds.

If your move-in date was before April 2007, we will return your deposit to you at your forwarding address.
