Fizzy Living is our new property company hoping to re-invent renting for the ‘rentysomething’ generation who are under-appreciated and under-serviced.
With these flats there are new, long leases, and they will try to cope with the challenges being faced by the UK housing sector at the moment. Income generated from Fizzy Living profits will be re-invested back into our Social Housing.
Fizzy is for those not yet on the property ladder, but seeking a professionally managed rental property with an on-site building manager, Bob.
Fizzy currently has two newly-built apartment blocks in Canning Town and Epsom. Both within easy commuting distance of Central London.

Market Rent
