The success of the New Business Team is largely based on the strong partnerships with Developers, Local Authorities, Consultants and the strength of partner organisations themselves.
Throughout the process, from preparation of the submission, to the project-management of the construction process, we work in close consultation with our partners to ensure the homes we build meet the needs of the people who will be living there.
Once the building is complete, management of the accommodation is handed over to a dedicated Commercial Housing Management Team, who work from offices based on site, or within close distance.
