A. Your rent includes all utility bills however council tax is your responsibility.(NB Council tax is included in the rent for tenants of Hillingdon, Stoke Mandeville and St. Georges Hospital).

Q. Who is responsible for the cleaning of my property?
A. Tenants are responsible for the cleaning of their property. TVH will clean all communal areas.

Q. How do I get my deposit back?
A. All deposits are lodged with the Deposit Protection Service if your move in date was after April 2007. Once your tenancy has been terminated you may contact them directly at www.depositprotection.com for the return of funds.If your move in date was before April 2007 then your deposit will be return by TVH to your forwarding address.

Q. Can I bring my own furniture?
A. Yes. Please advise your accomodation officer first. You must retain the items of furniture you are provided in your accomodation.

Q. Can I get internet access in my property?
A. Yes. Please contact a local provider such as BT for connection. (Tenants of St. Georges Hospital must contact your Accommodation Officer for an alternative connection).

A. 1 month notice is required in writing

Q. Am I provided with parking?
A. Limited parking is available for residents however a permit is required. Please contact your accommodation officer for more information. (No permit is needed at Queen Victoria site in East Grinstead)
