Council Tax/Council Offices

The Council Tax for the property is your responsibility, so you need to contact The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead Council to register with them to pay. Their contact details are:

Rent

Your rent is payable monthly, in advance. If you are an employee of Heatherwood and Wexham Park Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust you will be expected to pay your rent via payroll deductions.

If you are not an employee of the above Trust, you can pay your rent monthly in advance via Direct Debit on 1st, 15th or 28th of the month.

Laundry

There is a coin operated residents’ laundry room on the ground floor of Willow House. The laundry room is accessible on a 24 hour basis, using your security fob. Two Irons and ironing boards are available for loan from the Accommodation Office, also situated in Willow House. You will need to provide your own washing powder etc.

Parking

Parking on site is controlled by our parking control contractor. There are a limited number of parking spaces on the site for permanent residents only. If you require a parking spaces, you will need to contact us in the first instance with your vehicle registration documentation and insurance details. If we have a vacant space a permit will be allocated to you, otherwise we will add your details to a waiting list and contact you when a parking space becomes available. There is no charge for the parking permit.

TV

There is a television aerial point in all the flats, this is connected to the communal aerial on the roof.

Telephone

There is a telephone access point in your accommodation. If you require a telephone connection you will need to contact a service provider and they will give you details on connection charges.

Internet

There are many internet providers available, if you require internet service you can do so via your telephone point in your accommodation.

Satellite

There is a satellite access point in your flat, this is connected to the communal satellite dish.
