The 40 studio flats consist of a single large room with sleeping and living areas, a kitchen area and an en-suite bathroom.
The 51 cluster flats consist of a single bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and shared use of the communal kitchen/diner/living room with 3 or 4 other tenants.

Council Tax/Council Offices
The Council Tax for the property is your responsibility, so you need to contact Oxford City Council to register with them to pay. Their contact details are:

Your rent is payable monthly, in advance. If you are an employee of Nuffield Orthopaedic Hospital or John Radcliffe Hospital Trusts you will be expected to pay your rent via payroll deductions.
If you are not an employee of the above Trusts, you can pay your rent monthly in advance via Direct Debit on the 1st day of the month
There is a coin operated residents’ laundry room on the ground floor of Mary Powell House. The laundry room is accessible on a 24 hour basis, using your key. You will need to provide your own washing powder etc.
Parking on site is controlled by our parking control contractor. There are a limited number of parking space on the site and across the road at the Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre. If you require a parking space, you will need to contact us in the first instance with your vehicle registration documentation and insurance details. If we have a vacant space a permit will be allocated to you, otherwise we will add your details to a waiting list and contact you when a parking space becomes available. A charge of £25.00 per month is made for a parking permit and allocated space.
There is a television aerial point in all the rooms/flats, this is connected to the communal aerial on the roof.
There is a telephone access point in your accommodation. If you require a telephone connection you will need to contact a service provider and they will give you details on connection charges.
There are many internet providers available, if you require internet service you can do so via your telephone point in your accommodation.
