Laundry
There is an on site laundry facility that is accessible 24 hours a day and secured by an electronic key access lock. All residents are provided with the code for the lock. The machines are all coin operated and you will be required to provide your own washing powder etc.
Parking
Parking on site is controlled by our parking control contractor. If you require a parking space, you will need to contact us in the first instance with your vehicle registration documentation and insurance details. If we have a vacant space a permit will be allocated to you, otherwise we will add your details to a waiting list and contact you when a parking space becomes available. A parking space costs £10 per month.
TV
There is a television aerial point in each bedroom and lounge. Additionally, each room has Sky Plus access.
Telephone and Internet
Each bedroom and lounge in the accommodation is fitted with a BT access point. Additionally, all residents can benefit from the use of a fully managed internet service through Cablecom. This service does not require the resident to sign up to a 12 month contract and can simply be paid on a month by month basis depending on their length of stay.
