Council Tax/Council Offices
The Council Tax for the property is your responsibility, so you need to contact London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham to register with them to pay. Their contact details are:

Rent
Your rent is payable monthly, in advance. If you are an employee of Hammersmith and Charing Cross Hospitals you will be expected to pay your rent via payroll deductions.
If you are not an employee of the above hospitals, you can pay your rent via monthly Direct Debit on 1st, 15th or 28th of the month.
All rents include bills (gas, water, electricity) but exclude Council Tax, telecommunications and television license.
Laundry
There is a residents’ laundry room on the ground floor of Holborn House, in the room to the rear of where your post boxes are situated. The laundry room is accessible on a 24 hour basis, using your security fob. Ironing equipment will be provided in the laundry room. You will need to provide your own washing powder etc. If there should be any fault with one of the machines, there is a freephone number to call, displayed on instruction posters in the laundry room. Otherwise problems can be reported to us.
Parking
Parking at Hammersmith Hospital is limited and is controlled by our contracted parking control company. If you require a parking space, you will need to contact our on-site office to find out if there are any spaces available. Alternatively, you can apply to the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham for an on-street parking permit for Du Cane Road on line at http://www.lbhf.gov.uk. Or you can visit their office at:

You will need to provide proof of address, along with documentation for your vehicle (insurance and registration details). The price for a permit (as at 02.09.08) is £60 for 6 months and £99 for 12 months.
TV
There is a television aerial point in all the flats, this is connected to the communal aerial on the roof.
Telephone
There is a telephone access point in your flat. If you require a telephone connection you will need to contact a service provider and they will give you details on connection charges.
Internet
There are many internet providers available, if you require internet service you can do so via your telephone point in your flat.
Satellite
There is a satellite access point in your flat, this is connected to the communal satellite dish.
