Council Tax/Council Offices
The Council Tax for the self contained flats is your responsibility, so you need to contact Mid Sussex District Council to register with them to pay. Their contact details are:

Rent
Your rent is payable monthly, in advance. If you are an employee of Queen Victoria Hospital NHS Foundation Trust you will be expected to pay your rent via payroll deductions.
If you are not an employee of the above Trust, you can pay your rent monthly in advance via Direct Debit on the 1st day of the month
Laundry
There is a coin operated residents’ laundry room adjacent to the accommodation office between 6 & 7 Meridian Way. The laundry room is accessible on a 24 hour basis. You will need to provide your own washing powder etc.
Parking
Free parking is available on site using the car park area immediately outside the front elevation of the houses. The area is patrolled by the Trust who will sticker cars that should not be parked in the area, which is specifically for residents and staff.
TV
There is a television aerial point in the self contained flats, this is connected to the communal aerial on the roof. For the shared accommodation there is a television provided in the communal lounge area.
Telephone
If you require a telephone connection you will need to contact a service provider and they will give you details on connection charges.
Internet
A broadband wireless system has been installed on this site allowing residents access to the internet via a wireless connection. If you wish to use this system you will need to contact the Accommodation Officer for a password, which will give you independent access to the system. If you prefer to set up your own contract with another provider you can do so by contacting them direct.
Satellite
Communal satellite is not available on this scheme.
