NHS Key Workers

Thames Valley Housing are also the Surrey Zone agent for New Build Homebuy, a government-funded low-cost home ownership scheme. This scheme helps nurses, and other NHS employees, as well as other public sector employees. To apply you first need to register and fill out an application form with Homebuy, the single website for South East England. You should also go to our section 'Homes for Sale' to find out about the low-cost home ownership schemes we run and the properties we have available for purchase.

If you live in an area where TVH build homes, that is not in Surrey, you need to apply through the Homebuy agent for that area. Your local authority housing department will advise you who that is.
