TVH manages accommodation at the Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre. All NHS employed staff can qualify to live at the residences; however staff from the Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre have first priority.
The accommodation is situated on Old Road which is opposite the hospital site.
The modern accommodation has been recently built and features:
* Comprehensive secure suited lock system and entry phones
* On site laundry room
* 24 hr telephone contact point for emergencies
* Telephone points and TV aerial sockets in each room
* Secure bike store
NB There is a very limited amount of parking available.
Types of Accomodation
There are two types of accommodation available:
Studio Flats: £472.53 pcm. (Not including utilities and council tax.)
The studio flats consist of a single large room with sleeping and living areas; a separate kitchen area and an en-suite bathroom.
Cluster Flats: £385.87 pcm. (Includes water and electric bills only.)
In the cluster flats each tenant has a single bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. A kitchen, dining and living room is shared with 3 or 4 other tenants.
