To improve the opportunities people have in life through the sale, rent and management of quality, affordable homes.

Thames Valley Housing's mission to provide high quality, sustainable and affordable homes means offering excellent landlord services and an improved quality of life for people in their local communities and neighbourhoods.

The categories of housing we provide include:

• Affordable rented housing;
• Low Cost Home Ownership (LCHO);
• Accommodation for key workers in rented or shared ownership homes;
• Accomodation for NHS staff and students

We have a well established regional reputation for housing delivery and have acheived a number of national and industry quality standards, including Charter Mark, Investsors in People and Client Charter Status.

In December 2006, we delivered our 10,000 home at the Stream Banks Development in Guildford.
