These open plan living spaces include a kitchen, bedroom and lounge. The kitchen has lowered countertops, and the fully fitted bathroom has accessible features, including an accessible shower. It also has an emergency pull cord to make it easier to call for assistance if necessary.
The bedroom area has a double bed, built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Deposit
The deposit is 1 month’s rent which is paid to the Deposit Protection Service. The scheme holds your deposit until you move out of your home.
Tenancy length
Your initial tenancy will last for 6 months. After that it becomes a month to month rolling contract. You can end your tenancy at any time by giving 4 weeks’ notice.

Based next to Hammersmith Hospital in White City, we have a total of 295 homes available for hospital staff and other key workers who want to live close to Imperial College Healthcare Trust Hospitals or Central London. These are comprised of studio flats, one-bedroom flats, rooms for doctors on call and patient relatives. They are all fully furnished and benefit from a secure door entry system.

Tenant: “Commuter links really good for work. I work cross site with Imperial College. So I have full commuter links to all the hospitals. The flats are self-contained. You got your own kitchen and bathroom, no sharing with anybody. And it’s a secure site so security swipe access everywhere. Nobody can get in where they can’t and not allowed. I think the rent’s really reasonable for living in zone 2 in London, and competitive prices around the area do not touch the price here. It’s a really good deal.”

Also nearby is the new BBC television center, which is still the home of BBC live audience shows. It has many independent cafes, restaurants, and a cinema close by. We are lucky to be centrally located within easy reach of Kensington Palace, the famous Portobello Market, and other major attractions in Central London. - A contractor providing a service for the Trust
