Our Heatherwood keyworker housing is walking distance from Ascot railway station, close to Windsor and has good access to the M3 and M4 motorways.
The housing overlooks Ascot Racecourse and is close to Ascot High Street. The local area offers a variety of shops, a post office, library, bistros and cafes.

Accommodation types and rent prices
Rent is £660.45 a month. This includes electricity, heating and hot water. It does not include Council Tax.
Single occupancy studio flats are for 1 person.
They consist of a large room with sleeping and living areas, a kitchen area and en-suite bathroom.
Rent is £1,021.12 a month. This includes electricity, heating and hot water. It does not include Council Tax.
2 bedroom flats are for families.
Our 2 bedroom flats consist of a:

- 2 bedrooms – one single and one double
Extra details
Deposit
The deposit is 1 month’s rent which is paid to the Deposit Protection Service.
The scheme holds your deposit until you move out of your home.
Tenancy length
Your initial tenancy will last for 6 months. After that it becomes a month to month rolling contract. You can end your tenancy at any time by giving 4 weeks’ notice.
