Our performance

We have a range of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). These are targets which allow us to measure the level of service we are providing you. We measure our performance each month against these targets and this information is available on this page for each quarter.

The current figures are for quarter 4 of the financial year 2011/2012.   

If you would like information about previous months, please call the Customer Service Centre on 0800 358 7767 and choose option 3. 

We provide three sets of figures:

  • The figures for our day to day repairs
  • The figures for cleaning your homes and estates
  • The figures for maintaining the grounds of your home or estate. 

You can read and download these at the foot of the page.

If you would like to obtain the figures for previous years/quarters, please call the CSC on 0800 358 7767 and choose option 2, or send an email including your name, address, reference number and the period for which you'd like the figures. 

Reading the graphs in these documents

The area in red shows a service level percentage that is unnacceptable.

The area in pink shows an interim area.  This shows an acceptable level of service acheived without acheiving target. 

The target is represented by the top of the pink block.  This is the figure we aim to acheive. 

The number with the black background is the service level percentage we have acheived, placed in relation to the target, so you can see if we are above or on target, below target or at a level that requires immediate attention.
