Unreasonable behaviour

We are committed to working with you to reach a positive conclusion to the issues you raise.  It is our aim to provide a consistently good service to all of our residents. 
 
Very occasionally, a resident may take up a disproportionate amount of our resources by behaving in a way which is unacceptable or unreasonable.  At the recommendation of the Housing Ombudsman, we have developed a process for dealing with these situations.
