Leaseholders Service Pledge and how we're doing

We aim to provide you with the best possible service at all times and to be clear and open about how we're doing. Our Service Pledge sets out the performance we aim to achieve in nine key areas. We publish quarterly reports showing if we are succeeding.

What's in the Service Pledge

The Service Pledge is divided into five areas.  These are:

  • Customer Care
  • Rents and service charges
  • Complaints
  • Resident involvement
  • Repairs  

Within each area there are specific performance indicators.

How we're doing

We publish statistics for the key performance indicators in each of the nine areas.  These are marked by a star on the Service Pledge document.
