Paying your rent
This is a very important part of your commitment to us, as this money pays for the services we provide you. To make it as easy as possible, we provide a wide choice of ways to pay pur rent.
Important information about benefit changes
Non-dependant deductions
If you have a non-dependant living with you, such as a son or daughter, your Housing benefit is reduced by a fixed amount per week. From April 2011 the amount of money taken off increased, which means you will need to pay more rent.
You can find out more about this by reading page 11 of Link Up Spring 2011.
Read and download a pdf showing the table of changes.
