Tenants Service Pledge and how we're doing

We aim to provide you with the best possible service at all times and to be clear and open about how we're doing. Our Service Pledge sets out the performance we aim to achieve in nine key areas. We publish quarterly reports showing if we are succeeding.

What's in the Service Pledge

Our Service Pledge sets out the performance we aim to achieve.

The Service Pledge is divided into nine areas.  These are:

  • Customer Care
  • Rents and service charges
  • Complaints
  • Resident involvement
  • Repairs
  • Moving home
  • Your tenancy
  • Anti Social Behaviour
  • Neighbourhood management

Within each area there are specific performance indicators.
