What's in the Service Pledge
The Service Pledge is divided into nine areas. These are:

- Resident involvement
- Repairs
- Moving home
- Your tenancy
- Anti Social Behaviour
- Neighbourhood management
Within each area there are specific performance indicators.

How we're doing
We publish quarterly statistics for the key performance indicators in each of the nine areas. These are marked by a star on the Service Pledge document.
