Reporting Repairs

During office hours you should report any repairs or maintenance issues to your on-site accommodation office.  After office hours, you can report emergency repairs by calling the Customer Service Centre on 0800 358 7767 (0208 607 0677 from a mobile).

Making a complaint

If you wish to make a complaint by telephone or in person, please go to your on-site accomodation office.
