How to report a repair and who your contact is.
Are you a key worker or a student of the University of Surrey, looking for somewhere to rent. Find out more.
During office hours you should report any repairs or maintenance issues to your on-site accommodation office. After office hours, you can report emergency repairs by calling the Customer Service Centre on 0800 358 7767 (0208 607 0677 from a mobile).
If you wish to make a complaint by telephone or in person, please go to your on-site accomodation office.
