Reporting a Repair

You can report a repair and check your rent account by going to the 'Online Services' If you have not visited our Online Services before you will need to register first. If you wish to report a repair by phone call the Customer Service Centre on 0800 358 7767.

Our partners Quadron are responsible for the cleaning and gardening on most estates. To see which day they visit, please see the list for either London, M3 area or M4 area available at the bottom of the page. For more detailed information on the cleaning or gardening on your estate, please contact the Customer Service Centre on 0800 358 7767.

The Residents Handbook

Go to the bottom of the page to download a copy of the Tenants/Leaseholders Handbook or the Shared Ownership Handbook. The handbook provides all the basic information about Thames Valley Housing's Service.

If you have not received a copy of your handbook email us with your name, address and the type of handbook you require or phone the Customer Service Centre on 0800 358 7767 to request one. Please remember to state whether you are a tenant, a shared owner or a leaseholder.
