A message from Housing Director, John Baldwin

John Baldwin, who has been the Housing Director at TVH since May this year, explains , 'I've always been motivated by the desire to make sure we're giving the customers what they want. That means really listening to the needs of all the communities we house and the individuals whose homes we manage, and not just to provide 'one size fits all' housing.
