Registration Form

In order to ensure that you can view information about your rent account or order a repair you will need to register with us by completing the form at the bottom of this page. You only need to register once.

If you wish to register for Homebuy you DO NOT need to register with this site at all. To register for Homebuy you should go to the Homebuy website To find out about our homes for sale simply go to the link on the left. The registration process is only for those who are already TVH residents, and who wish to report repairs online or check their rent account.

To register you will need an email address so that we can send you confirmation of your visits to the online section of our website. If you do not have an email address, click on the Hotmail link at the bottom of the page to set up a free account.

When you return to our registration process, you will be asked for a password and some other security details. it is essential that you remember these. Do not tell anyone else what they are. Don't confuse the password you have allocated to your Hotmail account with the password you will be asked to provide here.

Once you have given us your details, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your details. You should then receive an email within 3 working days, updating you on the status of your registration. If you do not receive this please email us to let us know, including your name, a daytime contact number and we will contact you.
