Information for Home Owners

From Home page - Home Owners Benefit From CSC Dedicated Teams

Since October 2006, the first point of contact for all Home Owners has been the Customer Service Centre (CSC). The CSC is made up of two dedicated teams with specialist knowledge; one for maintenance and communal repairs, defects and estate service issues and one for all other enquiries. This means that when you call during office hours there will always be someone to respond to your call immediately.

During the last year, the CSC has been working closely with the Leasehold Management Officers to build up the knowledge and experience to ensure they are able to provide you with a really good service. Because of this, Leasehold Management Officers are now able to spend less time in the office and more time on your estates, checking that they're safe, secure and that estate maintenance is up to a high level.

Where the Customer Service Centre are not able to answer your query straight away, they will contact the Leasehold Management Officer for advice or may arrange for them to call you back when they are next in the office.
