Information for Leaseholders

A Leaseholder is someone who has bought a 99 - 125 year lease on their flat. Thames Valley Housing is the freeholder and manages the property.

You may have purchased your property on the open market, however at some stage your property would have been purchased from TVH via either the Right to Buy/Right to Acquire legislation or by a Shared Owner who has purchased 100% of their property.

General Enquiries

For all enquiries you should call the Customer Service Centre on 0800 358 7767.
