Service Reward

The Service Reward is our way of saying "thank you" to our tenants who keep to their tenancy agreement.

Service Reward members get a "Countdown" card which gives them a massive range of discounts at high street stores and on all kinds of goods and services. For more information about the card, visit the Countdown website. This website is not run by TVHA and we are not responsible for any content on it.

There are also regular Prize Draws for service reward members. Prizes to date have included vouchers, hampers and even a trip to Paris.

The latest benefit for Service Reward members is a fantastic deal on home contents insurance from insurers Jardine Lloyd Thompson at around 25% of the usual annual cost of home insurance. Watch this space...
