Planned Mainenance

Our Planned Maintenance work includes:

Managing all day to day repairs, fire-detecting equipment checks and passenger lifts repairs.

Carrying our planned maintenance with the set 'life expectancy' of major parts of the flat, for example: redecoration of internal and external surfaces in communal areas every 5 years (where applicable).

Carrying out associated repairs and maintenance, even though they are not due in the same period, e.g. repairing guttering as part of an external re-decorating scheme.

Insuring your Home

Buildings Insurance

This covers the structure of your home including walls, window frames, communal areas and roofs and is part of your annual service charge. It does not cover gradual deterioration or wear and tear.

Home Contents Insurance

We do not insure your belongings and strongly recommend tht you take out your own home contents insurance

This covers belongings such as furniture, clothes, stereo equipment and computers. If you suffer damage because of a fault caused by a neighbour such as a flood, you need to claim under your own insurance or take legal action against them. Our insurance would not cover this but it would cover damamge to the structure of the property.
