The following list indicates the repair responsibilities of the Landlord and Leaseholder. Please remember that although Thames Valley Housing is responsible for carrying out certain repairs, you still have to pay your share of the cost. For precise details please refer to your lease.

Please remember that you have to pay your share of the cost for the repairs we carry out on flats and houses.

If you are a right-to-buy leaseholder, you can help us monitor the services on your estate by completing our estate inspection form, which you can fill in and send online. Don't forget to read the estate inspection guidelines in related pages first if you have not carried out an inspection before.
