Urgent Defects

We need to deal with some urgent defects immediately. In such cases you should ring the Customer Service Centre on 0800 358 7767 to report the defect, giving as much information as possible.

Others may be an irritation but are not a risk to health and safety or liable to cause further damage if left. These will be looked at during the defects inspection, which takes place either 6 or 12 months from the time the builders finished on site.

Our consultants and builders will arrange a convenient time with you during normal working hours, to visit your home for the inspection and agree any outstanding works. A Thames Valley Housing representative will also attend the defects inspection.
